Funny, unwittingly apropos to the times, and with a protagonist that I find rather charming. I believe that theoretically we've met him before, but I don't quite remember him -- I'm guessing he's from [Going Postal:], which I didn't like for reasons that I don't quite recall. It may be worth revisiting. I wish Sam Vimes had showed up a bit more, but at least there's plenty of Vetinari and Angua receives a fantastic marriage proposal.
