Really fascinating, well researched and thorough. In the end, though, I felt a little disappointed in the ways the author's bias seeped in. I guess that's sort of the point... Objective responses to the event are impossible. But I still would have liked him to own his bias- especially in the treatment of the more conservative parents of victims- a little bit more.
